VERTICAL MEN RETREAT
VERTICAL MEN RETREAT
June 5-7 | Spring Hill Camp | Theme: Be Strong
“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.”
— 1 Corinthians 16:13
Strength in a man’s life isn’t measured by noise or dominance—but by faithfulness, endurance, and obedience to God.
The Vertical Men Retreat 2026 is an opportunity to step away from the distractions of everyday life and intentionally pursue the kind of strength God calls men to live out. Centered on 1 Corinthians 16:13, this retreat will challenge and encourage you to stand firm in your faith, live with spiritual courage, and grow stronger as a man of God.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience:
Biblically grounded teaching sessions designed to deepen faith and help you apply God’s Word in practical, everyday ways.
Times of reflection and rest, creating space to reset spiritually, mentally, and physically.
Free time and activities that encourage connection, renewal, and brotherhood.
Whether you’re feeling strong or worn down, confident or uncertain, this retreat is a chance to be strengthened—by God’s Word, by authentic community, and by time set apart.
Join other men as we gather to be watchful, stand firm, act like men, and be strong—together.
Cost: $145 per person
Spring Hill does not furnish blankets, pillows, linens, towels, etc. Minors (17 years old or younger) must be accompanied by a father or legal guardian.

MSM SUMMER EVENTS
We wait all year for this… it’s summer in Michigan, and MSM has some GREAT things planned! There will be a SUPER FUN event planned for each month of the summer, so mark your calendars:
JUNE 18 | 6PM-8PM | SKYZONE MUSKEGON
It’s our longest standing MSM summer tradition — we rent out Skyzone trampoline park in Muskegon and spend the night jumping with just our crew!!!! We’ll have pizza and some fun music playing, and would love for you to invite some friends to come jump with us. The cost is free, but an RSVP and the waiver is REQUIRED for this event, so make sure you sign up and meet us there!
JULY 9 | 3PM-8:30PM | ALLEGAN EVENT
Michigan’s largest indoor ropes course is just a bus ride away, so we’re taking a bus trip over to Allegan Event! This space is packed with climbing and ropes courses, and we’re excited to spend time there with our crew. And if you don’t love the ropes course, they also have an outdoor zip rail, mini golf, and an arcade! We’ll climb for a few hours, have dinner, and then head back to the GH campus for pick up. To register for this event and sign the waiver, head to the link here.
JULY 30 | 6PM-8PM | MSMXHSM WORSHIP + BAPTISM NIGHT | GH CAMPUS STUDENT ROOM
After our high schoolers get back from summer camp, there are always fresh songs and extra excitement about worship in our student ministry — and we want to share those songs and celebration with MSM! So, to close out July, we’re gathering as HSM x MSM together in one room for a worship and baptism night! This will be a really sweet celebration of all the ways God is moving over the summer, especially out of summer camp. Whether you made it to camp or not, COME TO THIS NIGHT! We’d love to see you there.
AUGUST 13 | 8:30AM-4PM | CRAIG’S CRUISERS
Summer wouldn’t be summer at MSM without a full day trip, and this year we’re heading to Craig’s Cruisers in GR! WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY
One of the coolest features of HSM that’s new this year is that we meet at two different campuses now: both Fruitport and Grand Haven! All of our large events are together, but Bible Study is an opportunity for us to lean into each campus specifically and create some more intentional relationships there. In light of that, we have two different spots for HSM Bible Study this summer — one for our FP students, and one for our GH students! We’d encourage you to join whichever one for the campus you’ll attend for student ministry in the fall.
GRAND HAVEN BIBLE STUDY
Bible study will meet from 10-11:00am on Thursday mornings, in the Grand Haven campus student room. Bible study meets June 18 + July 9, 23, 30 + August 6, 13.
FRUITPORT BIBLE STUDY
Bible study will meet from 10-11:00am on Thursday mornings, at Fruitport Sidebar Coffee (together with FP MSM). Bible study meets June 18 + July 9, 23, 30 + August 6, 13.

HARVEST 20s SUMMER
Summer is undoubtedly the best part of the year in Grand Haven. For 20s, it’s also a chance to slow down from the weekly rhythm of small group and simply enjoy our community! This summer we’re adding some new events and jumping in on some of the already incredible things happening at our church as well… we’d love to see this crew fully integrated in the life of our church, as well as at our 20s specific things, so here are the opportunities we have this summer:
JUNE 30 | 6-8PM | SHIFT CLIMBING
Rock climbing is quickly becoming a favorite activity here in West Michigan, and Shift in Holland is one of the coolest places to do it! We’re renting out their space for a 20s climb night and covering the cost of shoes and climb time, so all you have to do is meet us there. Whether you’re brand new to climbing or an expert, we’d love for you to be there — for those who don’t want to climb, we’ll have some other board/card games available! An RSVP and waiver are REQUIRED for this event, so make sure you sign up at the link here.
JULY 24 | 6-8PM | HEART + SOUL NIGHT | GH CAMPUS
Heart & Soul nights are the regular rhythm of 20s gatherings, and we love doing one in the summer because of how many new people get to come! If you’re home from college for the summer, or have friends in town for the weekend, we’d encourage you to come be a part of this night. We’ll have worship and teaching at the GH campus, and then head over to Norms in Grand Haven for an afterparty; ice cream is on us!
JUNE-AUGUST | VOLLEYBALL | GH STATE PARK
This has become the most popular event of our 20s summer calendar — beach volleyball @GH State Park! This night is hosted by 20s and for 20s, and since we only have 4 this summer, we’d love to see you at all of them. June 4 & 18, July 9, and August 6, from 7-9pm, come meet us at the beach and play volleyball with us!
JULY-AUGUST | DISCIPLESHIP CLASS |7-9PM | GH CAMPUS
One of the best resources our church offers are discipleship classes, once-a-week gatherings where gifted Bible teachers in our church lean in on a specific topic through a class. This summer, Lyni Moeller is spending 5 weeks teaching through Psalms, and we would love to see our 20s be a part of this class! You can find all of the info, meeting times, and a link to register.
DISCIPLESHIP CLASS | THE PSALMS
DISCIPLESHIP CLASS: THE PSALMS
Wednesday Evenings Starting July 1 | 7:00pm | GH Campus | Cost $15
“The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.” — Psalm 145:18
This summer, join us as we explore the book of Psalms and discover what it means to truly call upon the Lord and experience His presence in everyday life. Together, we will look at the book’s big-picture themes and study selected psalms to see how a knowledge of God and a close relationship with Him leads to a life of trust, devotion, and authentic worship.
Whether you are new to the Psalms or have studied them for years, this class will encourage, challenge, and grow you as we draw near to the Lord through His Word.
This class will be taught by Carolyn Moeller.
HSM SUMMER CAMP
HSM SUMMER CAMP

This year we’re on a different side of camp than we’ve ever been before, so you won’t want to miss it!
Summer camp is open to incoming freshman through just graduating seniors; so if you’re wrapping up HSM or just heading into it, you’re invited! However, spots are extremely limited, so sign up ASAP.
To help allow as many people as possible to come, we are discounting the price for our HSM crew!

BAPTISM SERVICES
April 4-5 | All Campuses
If you are ready to take the next step to get baptized, now is the time! Our next baptism services are happening on April 4 & 5 and will be held during each of our services at all campuses.
Children in 5th grade and under who wish to be baptized must complete two steps:
Finish a four-week devotional with a parent or guardian (available online or at the Welcome Desk). This helps them understand a relationship with Jesus and the significance of baptism, while allowing parents to ensure they’re ready.
Meet with a pastor before the baptism service to review the devotional, answer questions, and share their understanding. To schedule an interview, email info@harvestverticalchurch.org.
For more information about baptism at Harvest, visit harvestverticalchurch.org/baptism
Acts 22:16
And now why do you wait? Rise and be baptized and wash away your sins, calling on the name of Jesus.

GOOD FRIDAY
GOOD FRIDAY
April 3 | 4:00pm + 6:00pm | Grand Haven Campus
Join us on Good Friday as we remember the day Jesus died, and consider how his love prepared the table for those who long to be satisfied, invited, and accepted. This hour long service will be filled with special music, creative elements, communion, and a cross-centered message. We will ponder that though we walked away from the table God set for us, Christ gave his body and blood to prepare our eternal seat at the marriage feast of the Lamb.
Harvest Kids will provide childcare for ages 0-4. Please RSVP for your service time by clicking on the button below! Good Friday Services will also be available to watch live online at live.harvestspringlake.org, Facebook, YouTube and the Harvest App.
“As they were eating, he took bread, blessed and broke it, gave it to them, and said, “Take it; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, and after giving thanks, he gave it to them, and they all drank from it. He said to them, “This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many.” -Mark 14:22-24

HARVEST 20s HEART + SOUL
20S HEART + SOUL
March 20 | 7:00PM | Grand Haven Campus
Heart + Soul is a vertical movement of young adults becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus. It’s easy to live a fragmented and self-centered life in your 20’s. Heart + Soul is the vertical orientation of our lives to the One who is worthy of it all. We gather together to encounter the presence of God through passionate worship, bold teaching, and the power of prayer. Our next Heart + Soul is on March 20 at 7:00pm at the Grand Haven campus.
WINTERFEST
WINTERFEST
MSM x HSM | March 6-8 | SpringHill Camp
WINTERFEST 2026! We are heading BACK to SpringHill, and this year is going to be better than ever. Winterfest is one weekend, set aside by students and leaders, to intentionally seek the Lord in community together. It is open for both middle school and high school students (grades 6-12), and is happening the weekend of March 6-8, 2026.
Together with three of our partner churches, we are anticipating having almost 600 students and leaders on-site, seeking the Lord in worship + teaching!
Winterfest is a packed three days of games, winter activities, sessions, small group, and the best worship of the year. The Lord is always faithful to draw near to those who call on him (Psalm 145:18) and we are highly expectant of how he will move in our time together. Retreats like these are once in a lifetime experiences for students, and every camp is uniquely powerful and impactful. Whether you’ve been to camp six times or this is your first time -- we want to see you there!
The Winterfest theme of “WONDER” is an invitation to return to the awe that produces genuine worship: the overwhelming reality of who God is and what He has done. Our prayer is that this theme convicts, challenges, and encourages our student community— for those who know God, to renew a right relationship with the One who never changes; and for those who don’t yet know Him, to encounter His work + wonders and clearly respond. This isn’t just the Exodus story, it’s our story.
For the month of February the cost is $139 a person with code SLFEB.
Sign up TODAY to make sure you don’t lose your spot, and save the dates for March 6-8!
For questions regarding price, scheduling, scholarships, or anything else camp related, please email kara@harvestspringlake.org.

Thursday Evenings | February 19-May 14 | 6:00-8:00 | GH Campus Cafe
Healing from and navigating life during or after a divorce is not easy. There are a multitude of emotions, big life changes, and, so often, uncertainty. We understand the turmoil and devastation that can come with divorce and the impact it can have on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. You might feel isolated and have many questions about things you haven't faced before.
We would like to come alongside you and help you work through the pain and changes in your life as you journey towards recovery.
To do that, the Soul Care ministry of Harvest is offering Divorce Care which provides a safe setting with a caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. It is a biblical, Christ-centered support group that helps participants see how God brings hope and healing through the use of videos, workbooks, and discussions.
Divorce Care is a 13-week program that will meet weekly beginning February 19. You are welcome to begin attending the DivorceCare group at any session. Each is "self-contained," so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin.

DISCIPLESHIP CLASS: GOSPEL CENTERED PARENTING
Thursday Evenings Starting January 8 | 7:00pm | GH Campus | Cost $30 per Couple
Parenting is one of the highest—and hardest—callings God gives us. Thankfully, He never asks us to do it in our own strength. As our Heavenly Father, God both shows us how to care for our kids and gives us the strength to do so. His Word and His Spirit equip us to lead, discipline, and delight in our children while pointing them to Christ.
Whether you’re preparing to be parents, raising teenagers, or at any stage in between—we’d love to have you join this eight-week class as we learn to build Christ-centered homes. This class will be taught by Harvest’s three founding pastors and their wives, with special guest speakers featured throughout the course.
DISCIPLESHIP CLASS | FAITH + FIRE
DISCIPLESHIP CLASS | FAITH + FIRE: DISCIPLESHIP FROM ELIJAH AND ELISHA
Tuesday Evenings | January 6-March 3 | 7:00-8:30PM | GH Campus | Cost $10
“Then Elisha prayed and said, “O LORD, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” — 2 Kings 6:17
This winter, we are echoing Elisha’s prayer — believing that if we bring the faith, God will bring the fire. Join us on Tuesday nights as we jump into the books of 1 + 2 Kings and discover what the ministries of Elijah + Elisha teach us about relying on God for every need. This class will be taught by Katherine Averill.

CHRISTMAS AT HARVEST
At Christmas we remember that God entered into the brokenness and sin of our world to bring joy and redemption. This joy is what every human heart is searching for. It’s a joy that is deeper and more lasting than momentary happiness that fades. Jesus brought joy to the world! It began in the manger, was paid for on the cross, shone through His resurrection, will be fulfilled when He returns and will be enjoyed in eternity.
With the joy Jesus came to bring, it reorders our lives: Jesus first, Others next, Yourself last. As we walk through the season of advent, we’ll spend each week focusing on the Hope, Peace, Love, and Joy that belong to us in Christ. What we’ll discover is that joy grows when we look up to Him, surrender our lives and live to serve others.
Join us and invite others to church this advent season; as we celebrate the arrival of Jesus through daily devotionals, special Christmas music, and events.

HARVEST 20's HEART + SOUL
20’s HEART + SOUL
November 14 | 7:00PM | Grand Haven Campus
Heart + Soul is a vertical movement of young adults becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus. It’s easy to live a fragmented and self-centered life in your 20’s. Heart + Soul is the vertical orientation of our lives to the One who is worthy of it all. We gather together to encounter the presence of God through passionate worship, bold teaching, and the power of prayer. Our next Heart + Soul is on November 14 at 7:00pm at the Grand Haven campus.
